Musta Experience was born out of the need to support organizations to become more customer and experience focused, more human. Musta has been on that journey since 2015.
Actually, the first time Musta team worked together on experience design was in 2000. During the years we have worked with people and organizations interested to improve their skills in experience design, experience management and thinking.

Experience designer & Creative Partner
My creative mind enables to turn complex into simple, clumsy into intuitive. I am at my best in translating abstract concepts into engaging and fresh visual experiences.
I have nearly two decades of experience in creative work spanning from graphic design into digital design. I have worked with clients from a wide range of industries, from the ICT, real estate and food industry, to the health care and public sector. In detail, I have done many kinds of creative projects from extensive brand and visual design renewals to the website design, online and mobile interface designs and product package designs.
I have spent beginning of my career in different design and advertising agencies in Finland, where I also studied a bachelor in Graphic Design and Business. In 2006 I set up my own business and ever since been working as a freelance throughout Europe. To Musta team and clients, I bring my extensive experience in experience design and branding with the flair of Nordic design and innovation.
Experience Strategist & Founder.
20 years of practical experience in helping organizations deliver strategic alignment and integration through seamless employee, brand and customer experience design and management.
I believe in the power of experience. An experience which makes sense, engages and enables. I also believe these kinds of experiences do not happen by accident. They require empathy, understanding, intentional design, innovative and holistic thinking. They also require collaboration, co-creation and honesty. These are the values I base my life and my work. These are also the very reasons I have founded Musta Experience: to change the world into a bit more human by designing meaningful experiences for customers, employees and brands.
I have a Masters degree in Economics at the University of Vaasa, Finland and a Doctorate in Economics at the University of Zürich for research on brand experience. During my career in Finland, I worked as a strategic planner in a leading design management agency and delivered brand consultancy work for global companies in the Nordics. I have worked many years in the financial sector in Switzerland in global banks where I, for instance, developed an award-winning concept for service experience, established client experience strategies and ran several cross-organisational transformation programs on customer, brand and employee experience. With Musta, my work has spanned in many important directions in the field of experience management and transformation as consultant, researcher, teacher, speaker, fintech start-up facilitator and coach.
